Ways to Use Honey for a Glowing Skin

Here are some simple ways to use honey for your skin will all natural ingredient for a naturally glowing skin. It will clear acne, heal scars and even your skin tone as well.

Lemon and Honey Lemon contains vitamin C and citric acid which improves skin health. When combined with honey, both the ingredients work wonders for the skin. Take one tablespoon of lemon juice and honey each. Mix the two well to make a smooth mixture. Apply this mixture on your face and leave the paste for around twenty minutes. Later wash your face with warm water and clean your face properly. Repeat this process once a week.

Tomato and honey Tomato is another ingredient which can improve your skin and eliminate tanning as well. Tomato can also help you get a glowing skin. You can combine both tomato and honey to make a great combination for your skin. Blend one fresh tomato and make a smooth paste. Add one tablespoon of honey to the tomato puree and mix well. Before applying the paste on your face, wash your face properly and wipe off all the water with a towel. Now apply the mixture on your face and keep it for about 15 minutes. Do not apply it on the skin near to your eyes. After fifteen minutes wash your face properly with water. Practice this method twice a week.

Banana and honey Banana is another commonly found ingredient. Banana can moisturise your skin, eliminate greasy skin, lighten dark spots and treat acne. Banana can also give an anti ageing effect on your skin. Take a half banana and mash it properly. Add one tablespoon of honey to mashed banana. Later add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the mixture. Apply this mixture on your face and keep it for around five minutes. Later wash your face with warm water and clean your face properly. You can try this remedy once a week.

Gram flour and honey Gram flour is another ingredient which works great for the skin. It can even your skin tone and give you a glowing effect. Take two tablespoons of gram flour and mix one tablespoon of honey to it. Add some water to the paste to get a smooth texture. Apply this mixture on your face and leave it for fifteen minutes. Later wash your face properly with lukewarm water. Clean your face properly with a towel. Repeat this process twice or thrice a week for better results.
